Terms of Service

Welcome to TradeScope. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that harms the Service or other users.
3. Beta / Early Access
The Service is currently offered as an early-access or beta product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may use your usage data to improve the Service. We do our best to keep your data safe, but you should not rely on the Service as the only place where your trading records exist — keep your own backups.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all trade records, notes, screenshots, and other content you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell Your Content to third parties. We will not use it to train external AI models without your explicit consent.
5. AI Features
The Service includes analytics and insights generated by AI models, including third-party providers. These outputs are statistical observations on your own data — they are not financial advice, not signals, and not predictions. You are solely responsible for any trading decision you make.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans, if any, will be billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with reasonable notice. Refunds, where offered, are at our discretion.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (c) use the Service to host illegal content or to impersonate others; (d) introduce malware or attempt to circumvent security measures. We may suspend access if we detect activity that puts the Service or its users at risk.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance does not predict future results. Use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeScope and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost trades, or lost data — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to one hundred euros (€100).
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, brand, and documentation, is owned by TradeScope and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except those strictly necessary to use the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision becomes commercially or legally untenable. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) will remain in effect.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
